M3 Investment is a quantitative, algorithmic private investment company. We invest in highly liquid, mid- and large-cap active equities that trade in the US stock market using a computer-based algorithm that performs automatic portfolio diversification and risk mitigation by hedging. Due to the built-in diversification and hedging features, this algorithm is market-neutral. The Algo doesn’t care whether the market is up or down – all it cares about is that we have an active market!

We do computer-driven, emotionless swing trades, making money in over 98% of our trades. We don’t use HFT (High Frequency Trading), and we don’t participate in market manipulation or unfair trading. We are happy to open our trading logs to regulatory authorities at any time.

Investment Objective: Growth

Our investment objective is growth: to grow our own funds and the funds of our clients exponentially and achieve maximum returns using leverage while implementing a strategy that maximizes diversification, minimizes risks by hedging positions and takes advantage of the entire active stock portfolio of the US stock market. We do not restrict ourselves to a particular industry group or sector – we trade in all kinds of stocks as long as they pass the litmus test of our algorithm.
At M3 Investment, our founders have spent over 15 years learning about financial markets firsthand, making mistake after mistake along the way. Success did not come from emotionally-charged trades and clinging to the headline news, nor did it come from predicting the future and gambling on penny stocks. Rather, we found it in a thorough study of human psychology, herd behavior, market trends, volatility, momentum, diversification, liquidity, and hedging – all packaged into a single proprietary algorithm.
